The above picture is of Kathy Jones Bettencourt, the owner of Bud Jones Restaurant, and Arturo Arguello, the Catering Manager for Bud Jones, when they appeared on San Antonio Living with anchor Leslie Bohl Jones on Monday, February 11, 2008. They discussed 50 years of Bud Jones and all the fish they sell during Lent, and then finished with a cooking demonstration.  Thank you SO MUCH for a JOB WELL DONE at our GMC Classics Rally last week!!! ALL of the meals you provided for us were FANTASTIC!!! Everyone gave rave reviews!!! You & your team know how to make a group of hungry campers feel good. The meals tasted WONDERFUL, your presentations were BEAUTIFUL, the service was EXCELLENT, & you spoiled us good by serving us on "real" plates with "real" silverware!!
